Thank you for inviting us to team with your consumer! 

First, the participant must complete and submit the ICAN Questionnaire. We are unable to process your referral until they have taken this step.  Enrollment in ICAN can take up to two to four weeks depending on outreach response times. 

All reasonable and necessary Participant Reimbursements (PRs) are reviewed and approved by Economic Services.  PR approvals are contingent upon demonstrated engagement in employment activities and highly detailed documentation from all team members.  Your explicit communication around what the participant is doing with HireAbility and/or VABIR to gain employment allows us to get needs met! 

We will be in touch as soon as the following participant is up and running with ICAN.
